Special Education

Special Education is a key part of AEU work. 

A Special Education Consultative Committee of nine members is elected annually at Branch Council to provide advice to Branch Executive on special education matters. The Committee includes teacher, leader and SSO members involved in Special Education across the state. The implications for our members of Department policy and practice in relation to special education are a core focus.
