TAFE Symposium 2022

Our Future of TAFE Symposium investigated what is the role of TAFE in South Australia in vocational education and training in the next 10 years.

The Symposium brought together key industry, social and community sectors to share contemporary ideas about the purpose and role of TAFE over the coming decade. While investigating the vital role TAFE plays in addressing workplace skill shortages, we must help people find their future. Returning TAFE to the forefront as a world leader in the provision of quality vocational education and training will be key to achieving this.

Keynote speakers for the Symposium included Jim Stanford, Director of the Centre of Future Work, and former Socceroo and human rights activist Craig Foster AM. With the closing remarks for the day presented by South Australian Minister for Education, Skills, and Training Blair Boyer MP - available to watch below.
