TRTs and Contract Teachers make a vital contribution to the vibrant Public Education community in South Australia. Often required to be flexible, accommodating and ready to jump headfirst into unfamiliar territory, TRT and Contract work presents rewards and challenges in equal measure.
Our precarious employment can, at times, mean that we are some of the most vulnerable workers in Public Education. TRT and Contract Teacher AEU members are committed to working together and fighting to protect and improve the conditions under which we work and ensure that we are respected and supported in our work.
