Workload Assessment Tool

A requirement of the 2016 Enterprise Agreement was that a Workload Assessment Tool be developed.
 
The purpose of the Workload Assessment Tool is to assist school PACs and preschool workgroups in planning for change by identifying likely impacts on an employee’s workload, work health and safety, work-life balance and well-being. 

It is useful in identifying workload issues so that strategies can be put in place to remove or mitigate them.
