Responding to Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care Certificates

PRIOR to 1 July 2021, certificates were issued as original copies by individual training providers on the day of training. The AEU can only provide a certificate reprint to those that attended training at the AEU. If you attended RAN-EC training with a different training provider, please contact them for assistance.

If you have misplaced your original RAN-EC Certificate from a RAN-EC training session at the AEU (prior to 2021 and the transition to RRHAN-EC), it can be reprinted for a cost of $11.00. (Postal and pick-up options available.)

Please note for security reasons and the requirement for certificates to be manually signed, we cannot email RAN-EC Certificates. You can opt to collect your certificate from our office at 163 Greenhill Road Parkside (9am-5pm Monday-Friday), or we can post it to you.
